Looking for a job as a shipper (Delivery Officer)
1. Job Description
- Receive goods and delivery list from the transaction staff (Admin), arrange goods and assist in packing goods for delivery.
- Make deliveries according to the schedule, assist the driver to manage the goods on the vehicle and compare with the transaction staff (Admin) every day.
- Report on problems arising in the transportation of goods
- Delivery of goods, documents and records as assigned and requested by superiors
- Check and fully record the goods, documents, quantity, place of delivery/receipt, time, recipient and sign for confirmation in the delivery book
- Record information about orders into the company's system
- Delivery by motorbike according to the divided route (ward, commune)
- Call customers to confirm delivery
- Collect money as required by the order
- Preserve goods from receipt until delivery, except for force majeure cases
- Hand over the money received from the customer in full before the end of the work
- Responsible for successfully delivered and undelivered orders.
2. Job Requirements
- No degree requirements;
- Preferably with experience in the courier industry
- Good communication, flexible handling of situations
- No deformities, healthy enough to carry and transport goods
- Employees are required to have motorbikes to transport goods
- Have an Android smartphone and know how to use the software in the phone.
- Know the roads in the city and know how to read and use the map
