- Clerical work: receive, send, transfer records and documents to relevant departments; Maintain records and documents as required.
- Searching, retrieving records prepared for meetings, inspections, tests.
- Drafting notices, official letters, decisions, minutes,... at the request of superiors
- Manage meeting rooms and assist in welcoming guests.
- Manage the cleaning of the factory office and the areas under the management of the factory administration.
- Stationery: Statistics, proposals, allocation, norms of stationery parts in the Factory.
- Labor protection: Statistics, proposals, allocation, management of labor protection parts in the Factory.
