WORK CONTENT
- Develop unified processes and forms used in human resource management.
- Timekeeping and salary calculation for employees throughout the company.
- Manage the list of documents and documents: outgoing/incoming dispatches, notices, decisions, contracts...
- Drafting, issuing and storing notices.
- Disseminate to employees about the Company's rules and culture and according to current laws.
- Plan, organize or support other departments in organizing internal programs of the Company such as Year End Party, Company party, events, travel...
- Other tasks as directed by superiors.
