Job Description

  1. Work responsibility
    • Organize and maintain employment records.
    • Regularly update the company's internal database (such as employee sick leave, maternity leave, annual leave...)
    • Create, manage and document HR policies and procedures.
    • Coordinating with external partners such as insurance companies, hospitals to pay health insurance for employees and ensure compliance with the law.
    • Answer employees' inquiries on HR-related issues.
    • Support the accounting department by providing relevant personnel information (e.g. vacation days, sick days and working days).
    • Plan vacations for company employees, arrange accommodation for employees and leaders on business trips, handle related expenses.
    • Participate in the organization of company events: such as birthday parties, receptions ....
    • Order stationery, lunch for employees.
  2. Qualification and Competency Requirements
  • At least 2 years working experience in HCNS or related position.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (MS Office).
  • Understand the provisions of the Labor Law.
  • Good organizational skills, prioritizing important projects.
  • Ability to communicate by phone, email and in person.
  • Have necessary soft skills such as communication, presentation, teamwork.
  • Skillful in relationships, disciplined and fair, hardworking, withstanding pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration and related disciplines.
