- Implement regulations on administrative management, archives according to State regulations, and documents issued by the company.
- Carry out preparations for meetings and events held at the company,
- Buy some office supplies.
- Support the consumption of finished products and goods locally.
Human resources work:
Monitor timekeeping for the office block, day/contract labor.
Update the labor list when it arises.
Support integration guidance for new employees to integrate into the working environment.
