WORK CONTENT - Edit and develop documents, rules, regulations, regulations, etc. of the company
- Receive requests from the Board of Directors to edit, supplement, develop and renew documents, rules, regulations, etc.
- Manage documents, records and papers
- Receive official dispatches, letters, request papers, documents or documents sent to the business, forward to the relevant department for resolution.
- Draft and issue proposals, notices and decisions at the request of the Board of Directors.
- Store all official dispatch systems, records and documents related to the implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
- Manage personnel records
- Prepare labor contracts and probationary contracts for employees
- Store labor contracts signed between businesses and employees; employee records and resumes.
- Manage, coordinate and control logistical administrative work
- Order stationery, drinks, print documents when necessary,...
- Covers cleaning, electricity, water and other arising activities at the office
- Processing timesheets
- Carry out timekeeping, synthesis and transfer to the Accounting Department for inspection.
- Gather employee performance reports and calculate monthly performance salaries.
- Monitor personnel developments: receive and store employee documents: leave applications, shift change papers, overtime papers, resignation papers,...
- Monitor and update the system on changes to employee salary increases and decreases.
- Recruitment
- Receive recruitment proposals from departments.
- Search for tools with candidate sources suitable for recruitment needs (recruitment websites, social networks,...), post recruitment ads.
- Arrange interviews and notify candidates of results.
- Compile a post-trial evaluation report and submit it to the Board of Directors.
- Guide and introduce new employees to the Company's regulations.
-Organize internal company events
- Organize internal activities in HCM office: employee birthdays, holidays, other activities as requested by management.
