- Personnel Evaluation & Training:
+ Implement a personnel evaluation program at the unit.
+ Identify training needs and plan personnel training.
+ Participate in building training program frameworks for job positions.
+ Organize internal training programs at the Branch; Evaluate results after training.
- Salary – Labor management:
+ Implement policies on social insurance, personal income tax and remuneration regimes;
+ Perform labor management operations: Summarize results of personnel evaluation, salary review, transfer, appointment, and dismissal of personnel
+ Update and manage records and personnel data.
+ Preparation work to set up to welcome customers.
+ Manage security and cleaning teams. Report meals, monitor meals, prepare offerings,...
+ Prepare project documents, some administrative work and documents.
+ Other assigned work.
