- Act as the focal point for receiving and sending company dispatches and documents. Have the obligation to refer to the competent level for resolution when necessary or requested.
- Store and organize information on official dispatches, papers, contracts and related documents.
- Receive applications for arriving late, leaving early, applications for sick leave, leave, applications for salary increase,... other types of official documents from employees in the company.
- Monitor health insurance and social insurance policies for company employees. Receive needs for adjusting benefits, remuneration and other reward and punishment policies to ensure the rights of employees in the company.
- In charge of photocopying, printing issues in the business (paper, ink, calling technicians to repair printers when the machine breaks down, ...), stationery (boards, projectors, ...).
- Perform receptionist duties when required such as welcoming guests, assisting in meetings/Events, listening and receiving calls to contact the business, setting business schedules/appointments for the boss,...
- Support facility management by storing invoices, documents, and contracts related to buying, selling, renting, and borrowing facilities, machinery, and equipment in the company.
