- Contact customers according to the list.
- Handle requests, resolve problems, and provide customer support solutions.
- Instruct customers on payment procedures.
- Record operational history in the customer care system
- Report directly to customer comments
- Periodically report the status of operational performance to direct management

REMUNERATION POLICY- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Fixed salary: 7,200,000 VND + Bonus + Sales bonus (Not deducted by KPI)
- TRIAL RECEIVE 100% SALARY

- Work from 8am to 5pm, Off 1 day a week
