JOB DETAILS
- Install and support customers in using medical management software for customers
- Training and guiding customers to use the software
- Directly support customers using the software over the phone
- Receive, support and process requests during use, coordinate with the technical department to finalize requests with customers
- Answer customer questions, complaints and provide technical service support via the Internet (Team viewer, Ultraviewer, Zalo)
- Test software to ensure system quality when customers use it
