• Answering phones, printing documents
• Submit travel documents, visas
• Manage recruitment and training of new employees
• Pick up customers for service, Return results to customers after the service is completed
• Notice of service fee collection to customers
• Manage, receive, process email, hotline, fanpage;..., give feedback to all customers
• Consulting, supporting and answering customers' questions
• Other jobs directly assigned by management
Candidate Requirements
• Qualification: from college or higher.
• Prior work experience preferred, no experience will be trained.
• Careful and meticulous, good communication and flexible problem-solving.
• Proficient in word, excel, internet, know how to use printer
• Able to communicate and negotiate well with customers
• Flexibility in handling situations with customers
• High ability to work independently
, know how to give strategic directions to help the company promote its available advantages, overcome existing shortcomings to increasingly expand the potential customer market.
