Technical support and advice for customers using SSL, Shared Hosting, VPS, Server, Domain and related services at HQV via ticket/phone/live chat system.
Monitor the system through the monitor system.
Analyze and support troubleshooting.
Coordinate with the R&D department to research and apply new technologies related to the field.
Participate in construction/development of projects according to the Company's requirements.
Job requirements
Have knowledge of SSL products, experience installing SSL on different server platforms
Experience working with Shared environments
Hosting on Linux/Windows platform through control panels such as cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk.
Have experience working in a Linux server environment, proficient in common command lines and installation operations of software related to the field of Web Hosting such as installing webserver, database server, FTP server
Have knowledge, experience, ability to analyze and handle mail server and mail client errors
Have knowledge and experience in installing and analyzing website system errors using PHP language and MySQL database management system.
Having knowledge and experience working with WordPress, tools like Ansible, Git is an advantage.
Having LPI, MCSE/MCITP, CCNA/CCNP certifications is an advantage.
Working hours can be flexible according to shifts.
Have good communication skills.
