Job Description


Carry out the recruitment process for Okvip Group according to the schedule set by the human resources department. Build and maintain close relationships between departments within the company, while ensuring recruitment takes place on time.

  • Expand and maintain recruitment websites to expand reach to candidates. Conduct selection and evaluation of interview candidates' profiles. Schedule and organize interviews, and record the process to monitor and evaluate interview results appropriately.
  • Manage and update candidate information, and preserve all data of individuals working at the company. Focus on listening and helping to solve problems that employees may encounter, informing the human resources management department in detail to prepare to receive employees in the most thoughtful way.
  • Handle related issues before employees start work and notify the administrative department to prepare for the immigration process.
  • Every month OKVIP requires recruiting 5 people. If the number is not met, salary will not be deducted, but may be considered for department transfer depending on the case.
