- Report to direct management and the board of directors.
- Closely linked with other departments in the Castle.
IV. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving/picking up guests from the main gate or ticket gate.
- Welcome guests and describe the tour's content and duration.
- Take guests down to the basement and introduce them according to the procedure.
- Take guests down to the basement, introduce the castle architecture, introduce how to hold a glass, and let guests watch an 8-minute film.
- Introducing the display area, wine types, grape varieties and international award-winning products.
- Introduction to room 1: distinguishing white/red wine and how to make wine, oak barrels.
- Introducing the benefits of wine, principles of serving wine and how to pair dishes.
- Introducing historical elements related to the display area: well, banquet table, stainless steel tank.
- Provides full information about the Castle, including events that may be of interest to guests.
- Answer any guest questions.
- Ensure guests comply with the Castle's rules and regulations regarding specific destinations.
- Lead customers to the wine shop area, introduce some of the wines being sold on the shelves, control customers to get to the tasting area → transfer to the tasting department for service.
- Guide customers to the supermarket area → transfer to the sales and support department when necessary.
- Lead customers to the coffee area → transfer to the coffee department.
- See off guests at the waterfall gate or at the main gate.
V. WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Number of working days in a week: 06 (six) days.
- Every week take 01 (one) day off.
- Working hours are flexible depending on the number of customers.
- The company is equipped with main working equipment: Telephone, stationery.
- Comply with current Labor Code.

VII. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduated from Intermediate or College majors in Tour Guide, Business Administration, Business English,...
