Job Description

I. SUMMARY:

  1. Welcome and guide guests on tours.
  2. Respond and provide service information to guests.
  3. Receive and transfer incoming phone calls from outside.

II. PROFESSIONAL CAPACITY:

III. RELATIONSHIP:

  1. Report to direct management and the board of directors.
  2. Closely linked with other departments in the Castle.

IV. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Receiving/picking up guests from the main gate or ticket gate.
  2. Welcome guests and describe the tour's content and duration.
  3. Take guests down to the basement and introduce them according to the procedure.
  4. Take guests down to the basement, introduce the castle architecture, introduce how to hold a glass, and let guests watch an 8-minute film.
  5. Introducing the display area, wine types, grape varieties and international award-winning products.
  6. Introduction to room 1: distinguishing white/red wine and how to make wine, oak barrels.
  7. Introducing the benefits of wine, principles of serving wine and how to pair dishes.
  8. Introducing historical elements related to the display area: well, banquet table, stainless steel tank.
  9. Provides full information about the Castle, including events that may be of interest to guests.
  10. Answer any guest questions.
  11. Ensure guests comply with the Castle's rules and regulations regarding specific destinations.
  12. Lead customers to the wine shop area, introduce some of the wines being sold on the shelves, control customers to get to the tasting area → transfer to the tasting department for service.
  13. Guide customers to the supermarket area → transfer to the sales and support department when necessary.
  14. Lead customers to the coffee area → transfer to the coffee department.
  15. See off guests at the waterfall gate or at the main gate.

V. WORKING CONDITIONS:

  1. Number of working days in a week: 06 (six) days.
  2. Every week take 01 (one) day off.
  3. Working hours are flexible depending on the number of customers.
  4. The company is equipped with main working equipment: Telephone, stationery.
  5. Comply with current Labor Code.
  6. Good working environment, many advancement opportunities for qualified people.

BECAUSE. RIGHT:

  1. Salary according to agreement.
  2. Other support regimes according to Company policy.
  3. Receive service fees according to Company regulations.
  4. Other benefits according to the Labor Code and separate agreements (if any).
