IT HelpDesk/Support staff inside the golf course at Ho Chi Minh City - Wiking Space

LOCATION INFORMATION
- Consulting users when there are requirements to change
- Check the data on the system to make sure the data is correct
- Support on business software, internal control systems, office informatics
- Receive and handle problems of business software, user errors and basic errors of software.
- Guide to use the software and propose data processing solutions.
- Receive and handle network problems, wired and wireless network infrastructure
- Receive and handle problems with the printer system, ink refill, ink discharge
- Receive and handle internal server system problems
- Receive and handle problems on PC systems, laptops, mobile devices
- Receive and handle problems about domain system, mail server.
- Proposing new purchase, warranty, maintenance, IT equipment
- Other duties arise when needed.
