1. Executing construction cost planning, disbursement documents for the whole project
- Making and following up contracts with construction contractors, equipment supply, supervision consultants....
- Follow up the contractor's construction volume to make payment.
- Prepare AB file according to each disbursement phase of the project.
- Check B-B' payment records for each payment.
2. Material planning
- Prepare monthly construction material plan of the project.
- Making material orders to send to TNG to provide materials in a timely manner, meeting the construction progress of the project.
3. Make reports to agencies and departments
- Monthly performance report
- Report electricity output, investment output, send to agencies and departments in the province.
