Receive order information from relevant departments.
Make a detailed production plan for each order, estimate the resources needed to fulfill the order: raw materials, supplies, production capacity of each line and of the factory according to the actual situation.
Contact and coordinate with relevant departments such as Sales Staff, Purchasing Department, Warehouse, Maintenance... of all factories to have all necessary resources during order fulfillment.
Monitor and report, update the production progress of the Factory on a daily basis to the Head of Department and Leader of the Factory and related departments.
Statistics, tracking, reporting production records of shipments.
