- Update and monitor daily revenue figures from the Store's business activities; Showroom and E-Commerce channels.
- Update and track orders, delivery notes, delivery notes, warehouse receipts on the software and sales channels.
- Prepare output VAT invoices in accordance with regulations. Compare and check output VAT declaration data;
- Monitor and update revenue from different payment methods such as bank cards, e-wallets…;
- Responsible for controlling revenue and debts with partners. Timely notify the Partner details of the transactions that do not match;
- Check and make a record of commission payment for the Partner;
- Check revenue and calculate KPI for Sales staff.
- Coordinate with related departments to handle and find solutions to handle arising discrepancies;
- Record the data after the comparison into the accounting system;
- Print books and store accounting vouchers fully according to regulations.
- Support the work of the team and strictly follow the instructions of the Chief Accountant.
- Assist in performing other tasks when required.
