Recording accounts payable and expenses, ensuring that liabilities and expenses are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
Pay suppliers on time and accurately by cash or wire transfer according to the company's approval process
Make a weekly payment statement
Enter into FAST accounting software for cash collection and payment transactions and banking transactions
Receivables: Monitor sales contracts, keep records as required, such as: Handover minutes, acceptance minutes, issue VAT invoices under the guidance of the General Accountant
Asset Accounting: Update the list of fixed assets; Monitor and allocate long-term and short-term costs, periodically inventory, prepare reports on liquidation of damaged fixed assets...
Support to prepare tax reports (Corporate income, added value, contractor tax...):
Enter input information on reports on HTKK system; submit declarations on BKAV, make payment requests on the company's internal AMS system for declared taxes
Value-added tax: Make a list of input and output VAT invoices, reconcile monthly tax accounts
Monthly reconciliation/checking of project codes recorded on FAST accounting system and AMS internal system; related accounts (642, 632, 242, 214;...)
Support a number of jobs under the annual audit as assigned by the General Accountant
Perform other assigned tasks by direct manager.
Candidate Criteria:
Graduated in Finance and Accounting
At least 2 years of working experience in the field of accounting or similar position
Can communicate in English
Have a spirit of learning and a high sense of responsibility at work
Honest, careful, meticulous, accurate and timely handling of work
Experience or desire to work in a multicultural environment
Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Proficient in using software: FAST; BKAV (Experience working with FAST software is an advantage).
