Collect and compare invoices with company and customer statements
Balance input and output invoices, check detailed and summarized data.
Update arising transactions in accounting software
Carry out books according to accounting laws and regulations of the Company
Prepare tax reports monthly and quarterly
Prepare internal reports at the request of the Director
Consulting, explaining, and handling customer inquiries
Support for personal income tax, social insurance, salary,... (if any)
Other jobs upon request.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from College/University majoring in finance and accounting
Have 2 years of experience in a similar position
Know how to prepare tax reports and financial reports
Know how to use accounting software
Priority is given to candidates with experience working for foreign companies
Basic communication English
Have experience working with Customers in the field of accounting
