Processing
- Coordinate with the warehouse keeper, deliverer/receiver to count the correct quantity of exported/imported goods and save the contents in the record book.
- Prepare daily delivery and warehousing notes when delivering and receiving goods and supplies.
- Check the validity of the attached related documents: contract, material request form, warehouse release cum internal transportation note...
- Perform accounting of import/export of goods and supplies, ensuring data is accurate and consistent with cost items.
- Periodically coordinate to carry out inventory of goods and supplies in the warehouse.
- Make an inventory record or record of proposed handling when detecting a difference between the data on the books and the actual number and immediately report it to superiors.
- Regularly update the export/import plan of goods and materials to have the necessary preparations.
- Monitor material inventory and promptly propose material reserve planning to ensure no interruption to the enterprise's production process.
- Check and compare the warehouse keeper's recorded data with cost accounting.
- Propose solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the warehouse department and the work of the warehouse accountant.
- Prepare work reports according to business regulations.
- Perform other tasks when requested by superiors.
