Continuously update the customer deposit to the booking file, group;
Timely update of daily income and expenditure reports, cash flow reports from accounts;
Make an estimate for each upcoming tour, estimate profit/loss and stick to KPIs;
Controlling costs incurred when making a tour and negotiating input services;
Promptly report loss-making tours and seek solutions from the Board of Directors;
Follow up the settlement slips of the executive staff and update debts and discounts accurately;
Reconcile debts and discounts for partners monthly according to company regulations;
Carry out periodic payment of debt payments and salary payments to employees;
And other accounting jobs as assigned by the Board of Directors
