Job description

• Issuing and checking the legality of documents, controlling the validity and legality in accordance with the internal document circulation process;
• Accounting for internal accounting documents, keeping scientific and careful documents;
• Coordinate with other departments, perform work according to accounting procedures;
• Collect and process information, accounting data, and accounting documents through daily operations; Cash receipts and payments, warehouse imports and exports;
• Monitor detailed costs of purchasing and shipping raw materials incurred for each production order at the request of the General Director;
• Prepare revenue cost settlement for each order according to the plan of the financial planning department;
• Accounting for expenses, performing general entries, calculating depreciation of fixed assets, CCDC, prepaid expenses, transfer entries, making month-end summary entries;
• Monitor and calculate costs for finished products imported into internal warehouse;
• Save documents, make weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Quickly handle problems that arise during work;
