- Track purchase orders, purchase documents, and NCC debt
- Debt management, debt reporting
- Prepare receipts and payments for cash funds and banks.
- Accounting for bank deposit books, reconciliation, checking, review, and transactions with the Bank
- Go to the bank to deposit/withdraw cash
- Receive and check invoice request documents
- Arrange and store records, documents and accounting data
- Monitor the situation of debt collection, repayment, and payment to the company's customers
- Issue invoices, collect purchase and sale invoices, economic contracts and send tax reporting services
- Monitor and check the preparation of output and input VAT declarations.
- Check delivery notes, track returned goods.
- Report daily assigned work, completed, unfinished, and progress.
- Carry out internal accounting and financial tasks of the company
- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors
