Job details
- Recording orders arising from sales staff.
- Issue value-added electronic invoices.
- Enter invoices into Asiasoft software (Tax)
- Check input and output invoices at the end of the month.
- Enter daily receipts and payments, income and expenditure reports.
- Check and compare daily arising data on warehouse vouchers.
- Reconciling debts, handing over debts, handing over the area to sales staff (when arising)
- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
REQUEST:
- Graduated in Accounting - Finance or related fields.
- Careful, meticulous, ready to take responsibility at work, under high pressure and have a progressive spirit, eager to learn
- Proficient in the use of Word and Excel
