- Enter data, general diary, details of arising accounts.
- Organize the complete and timely implementation of financial statements, tax reports, tax finalization, and statistical reports in accordance with the company's regulations and the law; Prepare documents, explain data, work with management agencies when they arise: tax agencies, auditors, banks....
- Make books and prepare tax reports, financial statements and management reports according to regulations and requirements of the company.
- Receive, check and compare data balance. Detect, guide and coordinate with the detailed accountants to handle and adjust accordingly.
- Balance data of input and output invoices.
- In charge of declaring VAT, PIT, CIT...
- Coordinating with the sales and documentation department in urging and recovering debts.
- Ensure the financial statements meet the conditions after the audit to progress to the plan to become a public company.
Working time: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, lunch break from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m
Working place: Doi Can, Ba Dinh, Hanoi
