Monitor and manage construction contracts: details on contract value, implementation time, items to be completed, cost breakdown for accounting and settlement.
• Estimate the project, stick closely to the cost breakdown table to determine the cost level in accordance with the estimate.
• Collect, allocate costs and calculate cost packages for each project item. Check the cost plan implementation process, propose effective and reasonable cost reduction solutions.
• Coordinate to monitor the costs of each item, construction progress, acceptance to serve payment, settlement according to the contract and finalization of the total value of the construction work.
• Check the accuracy and validity of documents, process payments according to procedures • Classify, store and preserve documents and books according to the Company's Tax and Accounting regulations;
• Coordinate, compare, provide and take responsibility for data of accounting operations;
• Prepare unexpected work reports as required and periodically according to Company regulations.
