■Job description:
- Perform administrative, human resource and labor tasks
- In charge of calculating salary, social insurance, company paperwork
- Update employee information
- Cash flow management, money collection
- Management of accounting records, invoices, vouchers, ...
- Check financial statements from service companies, make internal reports
■Requirement:
- Graduated from college/university
- At least 3 years of experience in Admin, accounting
- Japanese equivalent to N2 fluent communication, Priority if you know more English
- Good understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Salary, Accounting Law
- Proficient in the use of Word and Excel
- Can get a job in April
