- Organize the import, export and circulation of goods as required.
- Checking of imported and exported goods Prepare goods according to the request.
- Import and export goods according to regulations.
- Monitor daily stock in and out and ensure all goods have minimum inventory levels.
- If the quantity of imported/exported goods fluctuates, it must be proposed to the management level. Inventory, monitor the quantity of goods. Check the validity of documents, store and compare documents.
- Implement stamping - additional labels according to the company's regulations after goods are warehoused. Clean and re-check labels – stamps for conformity and quality of goods before packing.
- Organize, classify and store goods in a systematic and easy-to-find warehouse Prepare documents related to goods transportation Ensure safety, security and hygiene standards in the warehouse system
- Support other arising tasks when required by the Manager
