- Conduct market research to find answers to consumer requirements, habits and trends.
- Plan and implement initiatives to reach target customers through appropriate communication channels.
- Support analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic...) to shape future marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to propose and implement promotional programs, communications, advertising and building the Company's brand and products.
- Collect, analyze, evaluate market information, evaluate competitors and make appropriate suggestions and recommendations to develop the Company's brand
- Plan and deploy content for advertising campaigns
- Check and evaluate the quality of advertising writing, website quality, optimize content on advertising campaigns, and make adjustments to achieve the best efficiency in increasing interaction and reaching potential customers.
- In charge of developing programs on forums, forums, and social networks to serve brand development and increase business efficiency of the Company.
- Other professional tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
