- Good understanding of quality control process, basic information about QC/QA
- Schedule / regularly check the goods before packing and shipping to the store
- Perform random quality check/full shipment before shipping to the store according to the scheduled schedule.
- Identify and record errors in daily report and send it to department head/team leader
- Work with operations department, WH to determine the cause of the fault
- Improve steps to reduce the risk if
- Support in providing data to complain to suppliers (if any)
- Comply with company rules and regulations
