Job description
• Aggregate data from channels, analyze and send daily reports on the company's service quality.
• Take charge of inspecting and controlling the company's KPI indicators on service quality management.
• Develop internal operating procedures and regulations and implement quality system improvements.
• Issue regulations, notices, minutes...sanctions.
• Timely receive and answer customer questions and propose plans to improve service quality.
• Focal point to work with Subcons on service quality, propose sanctions to apply to Subcons.
• Monitor and promote progress in handling cases and incidents and collecting compensation.
• Other tasks as assigned by Management
Candidate requirements
• Graduated from university majoring in management or economics
• Skills in data processing, reporting, data analysis, and problem solving.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in office applications such as word, excel (required), powerpoint
• Have planning and organizing skills.
• Priority is given to candidates who have worked at logistics, warehousing, and management companies.
Right
1) Total income from 10 - 15 million VND/month (salary distribution, allowances, bonuses,... will be discussed in detail after successful interview)
2) 2-month probation period, 90% salary, after probation, social insurance will be paid

4) Working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday
