I. Job content:
- Contact customers, exploit new markets, new customers, update market information, competitors.
- Receive orders, manage orders, track delivery progress
- Manage and collect debts, resolve requests from customers.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets
- Coordinate with the Quality Management Department and related departments to ensure product warranty and handle claims.
- Customer care after sales, maintaining relationships with current customers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
II.Candidate requirements:
- Male aged 22 to 35 years old
- Priorities given to recent graduates.
- Ready to go on business trips, meet and take care of customers.
- Good communication in English ( Priority is given to listening, speaking, reading and writing skills)
- Graduated from University with majors in Economics and Business Administration;
- Ability to communicate well, build and maintain relationships
- Proficient in office
- Can withstand pressure at work, desire to stick with the company for a long time.
