1. Mission:
- Develop business in assigned area. Books and educational equipment products.
- Customer care and sales according to assigned plans and tasks.
- Maintain existing business relationships, receive orders; Establish new business relationships.
- Prepare weekly and monthly work plans and submit them to the Sales Manager. Follow the approved plan.
- Understand the customer contact process, the information complaint handling process, the process of receiving and resolving customer information.
- Contact customers and record all customer information in work reports to the Sales Manager.
- Urging contract implementation, including delivery procedures, issuing invoices, and checking the quality of delivered products with customers.
- Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time, etc.
- Monitor the contract liquidation process, coordinate to expedite debt, and only complete responsibility when the customer has completed payment.
