Taking care of customers and updating market information- Planning and implementing customer care plans, especially strategic customers, to properly and timely assess potential customers and markets;
- Plan to collect customer comments reflecting on the quality of the Company's products and services for timely adjustment.
- Continuously update reports on the market and competitors such as prices, product situation in the market.
Train- Participate in training sessions on product knowledge, soft skills... at the request of the Company.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS- Graduated from College/University. Priority is given to the fields of Economics/Business Administration/Marketing/Foreign Trade/Technology
- Love technology
- Sales or consulting experience. Prior experience working with jewelry companies, jewelry (DOJI, PNJ, Bao Tin Minh Chau, PNJ, ), B2B products business, technology products; Customer service, experience working with customers who are state-owned enterprises and private enterprises is an advantage.
- Prioritize communication in English (level B).
