Job Description

1. Market development work
- Directly conduct market capacity survey, collect information about competitors and sales units in the distribution channel system of TIEN PHONG PLASTIC
- Research and evaluate market situation and developments
- Develop programs, work plans, expand and develop the market in the assigned area
- Regularly grasp market information, report to the Leaders of the Market Development Department, and propose the Company's Board of Directors about fluctuations in the market to take timely policy measures.
2. Monitor and supervise sales in the assigned area
- Directly exploit and support the sales system in the project sales area
- Support to track the sales system in the residential sales area
- Regularly contact the Sales Units of the distribution channel system of TIEN PHONG PLASTIC and the Sales Points in the assigned area.
- Monitor and supervise the sales system to strictly comply with the Company's policies, evaluate and confirm whether the Sales Units are entitled or not entitled to the Company's preferential policies (support).
- Evaluate and search for large sales units capable of developing in the area to build and develop the sales unit system of TIEN PHONG PLASTIC.
3. Troubleshooting support
- Capture information, find out the status of the problem when there is feedback from customers
Coordinate with Customer Service Department's Advisory and Troubleshooting Team to find solutions
- Actively find out information related to counterfeit goods to combine support with the Anti-counterfeiting Department
LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
Degree: Bachelor's degree in Economics or higher
- In-depth knowledge of Plastic products in the water supply and drainage industry, civil electricity, ...
- Knowledge of sales management
- Knowledge of marketing management
- Basic English
- Skills: sales and customer care, communication and presentation, negotiation and influence, time management, problem solving, teamwork, research and analysis to identify target markets target, market segmentation skills, ...
- Age from; Honest, responsible, careful, meticulous and able to work under pressure
