+ Search, care and manage new customers
+ Work directly, quote freight rates with customers, receive orders, process orders, solve problems arising during transportation.
+ Work directly with driver, dispatch team, vehicle fleet, document department to control daily activities, ensure daily delivery schedule.
+ Control the delivery progress. Delivery schedule. Handling and Reporting problems arising during transportation. Track the delivery progress until the trip is completed.
+ Controlling invoices and documents related to the cost of fleet operation, vehicle oil, car repair, road tolls.
+ Work directly with Operations Manager to develop procedures, go to the field to check and support drivers & monitor the scene when needed.
+ Work with human resources, accounting, sales & customer care departments to maintain operations.
+ Receive and resolve customer complaints.
+ Manage and support customer debt collection on time
REQUEST:- Graduated from a relevant college or university : Transport , Business Administration ,
- Requires proficiency in office software, especially word and excel
- Having good organizational and management skills, grasping the psychology and ability of drivers, operating, arranging, assigning and tracking the most reasonable driving route.
- Ability to handle situations arising during transportation such as vehicle damage, accidents, goods ...
- Analytical and persuasive skills.
