- Receive and handle requests/inquiries from old customers related to products
- Actively contact customers to inquire about the status of using the product.
- Introduce promotions and incentives to customers in order to close orders with old customers
- Conduct surveys, customers' feelings about the quality of services and products. From there, record customer feedback to improve products and services;
- Report to the manager on the progress and results of daily work, perform other tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements- Have a personal laptop
- 3 months or more experience in similar position. Experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Active in work and not afraid of difficulties.
- Good communication, persuasion and problem solving skills.
