WORK CONTENT:
1. Implement the work of planning and selling products
- Develop sales plan for each region monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Search, evaluate, propose to select commercial customers, production units...
- Make bids, negotiate and negotiate product sales contracts.
- Receiving orders from customers, advising customers to place orders effectively, in accordance with the company's capacity and production plan.
- Summarize orders, balance and confirm orders for customers.
- Make a daily delivery plan according to the agreed schedule with the customer.
- Monitoring the loading and unloading, transportation; Detailed report of daily delivery output for each customer.
- Urging payment, tracking debts of customers receiving goods.
- Analyze sales effectiveness of each customer, each contract.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and other arising at the request of departmental leaders.
2. Sales promotion and customer service
- Propose sales policies, pricing policies, distribution channels and solutions to promote product consumption.
- Implement and coordinate with Marketing department to implement trade promotion programs, advertising... set by Marketing department.
- Coordinate with the customer care department to regularly carry out activities to take care of and measure customer satisfaction (production units, commercial customers) periodically;
- Consulting on product use and resolving complaints and grievances.
- Participate in the Annual Customer Conference.
3. Perform other tasks at the request of the direct manager
