Job description:
- Take care and chat with existing customers of the company.
- Performing tasks related to customer requirements: making quotations, consulting products and services, solving problems that customers encounter.
- Perform tasks related to customer orders: edit and scan orders on the system
- Visiting & giving gifts to customers on occasions: anniversary, holiday or birthday.
