Goods Delivery Management (GDR)
Control and check the progress of receiving goods as planned from the Materials Plan for suppliers to ensure that raw materials arrive at the warehouse on schedule;
Plan, organize, arrange, coordinate human resources, manage vehicles and transportation equipment, and flexibly adjust Freight Forwarding activities
Organize the delivery and transportation of goods to partners, customers, etc. according to the delivery plan requested by the Customer.
Control and instruct staff to deliver goods, goods to the province, and deliver goods/semi-finished products for outsourcing
Control and check delivery progress of shipping partners, be responsible for resolving and instructing staff to resolve problems during the delivery and receipt process.
Control discrepancies when importing, exporting, delivering and sending reports to evaluate discrepancies and complaints from Customers / Partners monthly.
General Management
Assign work and evaluate work performance for each employee, supervise and ensure Warehouse / Delivery operations activities.
Screen key employees and plan training and development, ensuring there is always a reserve human resource.
Fully complete assigned KPIs and other inspection and control programs (Audit, Risk management...)
Check and monitor security, fire prevention, 5S systems in the warehouse area, etc. to ensure the safety of goods and assets at the warehouse; Implement contingency plans (power outages, HSE incidents, natural disasters...) when unexpected events occur
