Job duties
- Search, care for customers, build and maintain relationships with customers, close contracts with customers
- Build, manage, and evaluate the effectiveness of customer information channels, ensuring to provide them with all the necessary information about service prices, cooperation forms, and operating procedures.
- Propose measures to improve services and plan future customer care.
- Maintain existing business relationships, take orders, and establish new business relationships by planning and organizing daily work schedules for existing or new business relationships. other potential business relationships.
- Register monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans with Direct Manager and Board of Directors.
