Job description

• Make weekly/monthly sales plans for the business line in charge.
• Daily care planning, monitoring, ordering, consulting, and implementing sales programs.
  
• Transfer orders to admin staff to prepare sales orders and carry out procedures for shipping goods to customers.
• Responsible for sales, debt and sales activities of the line in charge.
• Directly monitor customers' warranty debt and plan to promptly return warranty goods to customers in accordance with company regulations.
• Find out about competitors and the company's outstanding advantages compared to competitors to advise customers to direct customers towards sustainable development cooperation with the company.
• Resolve customer complaints about service quality within the allowable scope.
