Search, contact, market and introduce products and company strengths to customers who are stores, agents, restaurants, eateries, and companies.
Receive customer requests, discuss and negotiate with customers.
Prepare new customer records (customer information sheets, quotes, contracts).
Receive orders, make orders.
Receive and process customer complaints, forward them for handling according to regulations.
Monitor customer sales situation to propose measures to support and promote customer development to achieve targets.
Timely report to the Board of Directors/Sales Manager on customer opinions and feedback.
