− Receive new project information from customers and carry out work implementation:
▪ Receive, evaluate and analyze needs from customers
▪ Check the completeness of the information, and request additional information if necessary
▪ Collaborate with customers to resolve problems when problems occur or problems arise during project implementation.
▪ Interact regularly with customers to update progress and quality of the project
▪ Prepare a volume estimate of the project
▪ Negotiate with customers about price, quality, completion time...
▪ Handle problems when problems arise.
− Coordinate with relevant departments to carry out the project
− Caring for and building relationships with customers
− Coordinate with departments to find subcontractors when needed.
− Negotiate and sign contracts with subcontractors, maintain good relationships with large subcontractors who have worked together for many years
− Contribute to the development of Phong Viet.
