Job Description

Job description:
- Sales and planning to achieve sales.
- Taking care of existing customers. Develop new customer base through online and offline channels.
- Synthesize information to make quotes, contracts or receive from sales assistants to send to customers by day/week/month/year. Process and track Buy/Sell orders and update order information on the company system.
- Update information about goods, services, promotions to provide timely and accurate information to customers.
- Arrange a time to visit or invite customers to the company's warehouse when new goods are in stock to find potential opportunities to close orders.
- Handling complaints or problems after sales for customers, special cases need to be approved by management.
- Coordinate with other departments in the company to improve work processes, improve work efficiency.
- Support the accounting department to urge customers to pay debts until the customer has completed the payment.
- Report on sales and customer development by week/month/year.

Candidate Requirements:
- Male, Female graduated from High School/College/University
- Passion for business. Good communication
- Have a sense of responsibility and the ability to learn quickly
- Experience in product sales.
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- Knowing English/Chinese is a big advantage
