This job is very difficult when first starting out because you have to learn a lot of new knowledge, from business administration to sales skills, so constant learning is also part of this job.

Having been rejected a lot from the phone call to the face-to-face meeting, knowing how to accept rejections, listen, sympathize and overcome rejections.

Quickly handle customer transfers from the marketing team, ensure quick response in accordance with service commitments (SLA) and internal, ensuring minimum conversion rate according to company standards.

Maintain good relationships with businesses after sales to increase the source of customer referrals, upgrade service packages or sell more products.
