WORK CONTENT:
● Contact corporate customers (mainly from the HR Talent Acquisition department) via calls, emails & meetings to understand recruitment plan needs to advise & propose suitable recruitment service packages at the website TopDev ( ).
● Business development: build and maintain good relationships with customers.
● Develop sales & expand customers according to customer data provided by the company.
● Complete targets on quantity and quality of calls and orders, support the team in completing targets by day, week, quarter, and year.
● Customer support with Customer Care team for customer satisfaction.

REQUEST:

● Candidates have at least 01 year of experience in the field of SalesTelesales (B2B is an advantage).

● Good and clear voice with good communication skills.

● Interested in sales and business development, networking and finding new leads.

● Hardworking, patient and not afraid of being rejected by customers.

● Ability to persuade and work under pressure.
