Job description
- Making a business plan, introducing the company's products to customers: Industrial valves from Germany, Vacuum lifting equipment from Germany and pipe joints from Switzerland.
- Planning and implementing business strategy for 03 product lines of the Company.
- Implement sales activities and take responsibility for business results according to the set targets.
- Presiding over the organization of business activities, approaching and connecting with contractors and investors in the fields of: units using valves, pipe joints, construction projects of water treatment zones, other fields related to valves, industry, chemicals, hydroelectricity... there is a need for valve equipment. Coupling oil and gas pipelines and heat pipes. Vacuum lifting equipment, semi-automatic robot.
- Working with contractors, investors on consulting, M&E design, equipment consulting for the project.
- Solve problems arising in business implementation, guide/support staff in daily work.
Candidate Requirements
- Gender: Male, Age: 25 - 40 years old
- Income: Solid salary (12,000,000 VND - 15,000,000 VND) + KPI bonus + Allowance
- Graduated from College/University or above majoring in Economics or Engineering such as: Business Administration, Mechatronics, Automation,...
- Understand the techniques and principles of customer management planning, including: Analysis of customer needs, customer strategy, action plan and goal setting.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have assessment and decision-making skills – able to make timely business decisions
- Good written and spoken English, proficient in office computers.
- Careful, agile, meticulous, dedicated to work, sociable, actively supporting colleagues at work.
- Good health, suitable for traveling to meet customers.
- In-depth knowledge of the company's products including valves, couplings, lifting equipment, knowledgeable about customers and markets across the country, passionate about business.
