Job duties
- Search and select candidates according to the criteria set by the Company.
- Have basic knowledge about clean agricultural products and agriculture, crops, forest products (wood), printing industry...
- Collect, analyze and synthesize data to plan purchasing and control information on the basis of confirming documents and prices, collecting recommendations from NCC to replace goods, asking for approval from related department.
- Complete assigned purchasing and organizational tasks, prepare and forward purchase orders, accept purchased goods and transfer to KT for payment.
- Compare requested goods with the master order list to confirm purchasing needs, verify unclear supplier information, and propose solutions.
- Compare the list of goods received with the order to accept goods and handle defective shipments with suppliers.
- Make reports: orders, profit, inventory, good selling products, inventory products, promotions.
- Perform other tasks according to job requirements and as assigned by management.
